Accountability, Repair, & Growth: Healing, Owning, and Evolving in Supervision

This training equips clinical supervisors with the tools and frameworks to recognize, respond to, and repair cultural ruptures in supervision. Through reflective activities, real-world scenarios, and structured feedback models, participants will learn how to foster psychological safety, model cultural accountability, and support supervisee growth. Emphasis is placed on the REPAIR and R.A.I.N. frameworks, SBI feedback model, and the creation of personalized Growth Commitment Plans. Supervisors will leave with practical strategies to build a supervision culture rooted in humility, equity, and relational trust. (1.25 hours CEU for Texas LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and Psychologists)
