Supervision is never culture-free. This interactive training equips clinical supervisors with the tools, models, and mindset to foster inclusive, identity-affirming supervisory relationships. Participants will learn to integrate cultural responsiveness into case conceptualization, feedback, and parallel process dynamics using evidence-based frameworks like the RESPECTFUL and ADDRESSING models. Emphasis is placed on self-reflection, power-awareness, and practical strategies for navigating cultural conversations with humility and confidence. By the end of this training, supervisors will be better prepared to support diverse supervisees and promote equity in both supervision and client care. (1.25 hours CEU for Texas LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and Psychologists)
