About
This empowering and reflective training explores the emotional, cultural, and societal pressures that drive many women to overextend themselves while questioning their own worth. Boss Lady dives into two interconnected experiences that affect countless high-achieving women—the Superwoman Complex and Imposter Syndrome—revealing how perfectionism, unrealistic expectations, and systemic gender norms can lead to burnout, self-doubt, and disconnection. Participants will learn to identify the signs, triggers, and consequences of the “do-it-all” mindset, analyze how intersectionality and workplace dynamics contribute to internalized pressure, and reflect on how these patterns shape confidence and decision-making. Through guided discussion, reflection, and evidence-based tools, attendees will practice strategies such as boundary-setting, self-compassion, cognitive reframing, and realistic goal alignment. The session culminates in the development of an individualized action plan designed to help women disrupt harmful expectations, embrace authenticity, and cultivate lasting confidence in leadership and professional roles. Whether you’re a leader, clinician, or professional navigating the tension between competence and self-doubt, Boss Lady offers both insight and practical empowerment—reminding participants that they don’t have to do it all to be enough.
